課程概述

This is the core course for Genome and Systems Biology program. Other advanced undergraduates and graduate levels are also encouraged to join. All courses will be taught in English. GSB is comprised three parts covering foundations of (1) genomics (2) systems biology and (3) coding practices of related problems in R and linux. 

課程目標
Students completing this course will be exposed to various techniques and omic/system biology approaches to study biology. Students will also obtain basic R programming skills which will be the first step to analyse the increasing complex and high-throughput dataset in the life sciences. 
課程要求
We expect students to bring their own laptop during the hands-on session.
